Refund Policy

Unless expressly agreed in writing by ASTOUND SPARK PRIVATE LIMITED, full payment for participating in a Program is required at the time of registration. For Programs that include a trial window, access to the trial window will be granted only after full payment has been made. During the trial window, ASTOUND SPARK may, at its discretion and upon the student’s request, refund the Program or Event fees paid, subject to deductions for applicable charges as determined by ASTOUND SPARK from time to time. Once the trial window has closed, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.

It is the sole responsibility of the user enrolling in an event or subscription plan to verify the accuracy, suitability, and relevance of the selected offering.

To make payments for any Program, event, plan, or to purchase services or products offered by ASTOUND SPARK through the Platform, you must have internet access and a valid, current payment method as specified during sign-up (“Payment Method”). ASTOUND SPARK does not store your credit card or other sensitive payment information restricted by the Reserve Bank of India (RBI) for processing payments. Payment processing is managed through partnered payment gateways. By using a third-party payment provider, you agree to adhere to their terms and conditions.

If the third-party payment provider stores your payment information, ASTOUND SPARK is not responsible for such storage. Any loss of information or financial loss resulting from the use of such information will be entirely your responsibility. ASTOUND SPARK is not liable for such losses and will not offer any reimbursement. You also agree to pay any applicable fees for transactions made through the Platform.

You may cancel your event registration or membership plan at any time. Refunds and cancellation fees vary depending on the specific event or plan, so please refer to the applicable terms and conditions for details. Refund amount will be credited to the original payment method within 10 Days.

Shipping policy: The product will be delivered to you within 8-10 days.

Return policy: We strictly follow no return policy for products.

If you subscribe to a free trial, the trial period will last for the duration specified during sign-up. Free trials cannot be combined with certain offers. Additionally, you are not eligible for a free trial if you have subscribed to the same paid service or product within the last six (6) months or if your Payment Method, address, contact number, or email has been associated with an account for that service. During the free trial period, you may be restricted from accessing certain features of the product or service.
