ASTOUND SPARK offers online higher education, industry-relevant diploma and certification programs, and career assistance services (“Programs”)

Please carefully review our Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, and other policies available on the Platform (“Terms”). By accessing or using the Platform, you signify your acceptance of these Terms. If you do not agree, you are not authorized to use the Platform or the Programs.
Each Program may have additional terms governing refunds, deferrals, payments, etc. If there is a conflict between these Terms and Program-specific terms or agreements with corporate clients, the latter will prevail.
Scope of Platform Use
These Terms apply to all services and communications hosted by ASTOUND SPARK, including mobile apps, social media pages, and other forums. Some parts of the Platform may be operated by third-party providers, whose terms you agree to follow. ASTOUND SPARK is not liable for disruptions caused by these third-party providers.
Even if you bookmark a specific page to bypass these Terms, your use of the Platform indicates agreement to these Terms. ASTOUND SPARK reserves the right to modify these Terms without prior notice. Continued use of the Platform after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
Geographic Restrictions
ASTOUND SPARK makes no guarantees that the Platform operates in all geographic locations or complies with all local laws. If you access the Platform from locations where its use is illegal, you do so at your own risk and are solely responsible for compliance with applicable laws.
User Conduct
By accessing the Platform or enrolling in a Program, you are considered a user. You agree to:

You further agree not to:

ASTOUND SPARK reserves the right to report suspicious activities to relevant authorities.
User Accounts
To access certain features, you must register for a personal account (“User Account”). Registration involves verifying your credentials through a one-time password (OTP) sent to your phone or email. By registering, you agree to:
- Provide accurate, current, and complete information.
- Maintain and update your account information.
- Not share or transfer your account access to third parties.
ASTOUND SPARK may terminate your account for providing false information or violating these Terms.
Program Access and Payment
Program access is granted upon full or partial payment of fees. ASTOUND SPARK reserves the right to revoke access for non-payment. Invoices and payment confirmations may be issued within two months of payment.
Privacy and Data Use
ASTOUND SPARK may collect and store certain information, including Personally Identifiable Information (PII) and performance metrics. This information may be shared with educational partners or third parties for service delivery and marketing purposes. By registering, you consent to such use.
Limitations of Liability
ASTOUND SPARK provides the Platform and Programs on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including those of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. ASTOUND SPARK is not liable for:
- Losses or damages resulting from the use of the Platform.
- Interruptions, errors, or inaccuracies in the Platform’s operation.
- Unauthorized access to your account or information.
Maximum liability is limited to INR 1,000 or the fees paid for your Program.
Linked Sites
The Platform may include links to third-party websites (“Linked Sites”). ASTOUND SPARK does not endorse or assume responsibility for content, products, or services offered on Linked Sites. Linking to the Platform without prior written consent is prohibited.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold ASTOUND SPARK and its partners harmless from any claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising from:
- Your use of the Platform.
- Violations of these Terms.
- Unauthorized content or activities conducted through your account.
Termination
ASTOUND SPARK reserves the right to deactivate or terminate your account or access to the Platform for violations of these Terms or applicable codes of conduct. Termination may occur without prior notice, and ASTOUND SPARK may retain your data as permitted by law.
Miscellaneous Provisions
- Eligibility: By using the Platform, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or have parental consent. Programs are not available for individuals under 18 without supervision.
- Jurisdiction: These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Mumbai, with arbitration as the preferred resolution method.
- Force Majeure: ASTOUND SPARK is not responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including acts of God, internet failures, or governmental actions.
- Severability: If any provision of these Terms is deemed invalid, the remaining provisions will remain in effect.
- Entire Agreement: These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and ASTOUND SPARK, superseding any prior agreements.
